Shipping & Returns

Every print is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. When you place an order, your photograph is printed individually, signed, numbered, and packed by me in Berlin, then sent to you. Here is exactly what to expect, and what happens in the rare case something arrives wrong.

Where I ship

Free tracked shipping across the EU on every order. There is nothing to add at checkout. International shipping is coming soon. If you are outside the EU and want a print, email me at ahmad.photographs@outlook.com and I will let you know when I can ship to you.

When it ships

Because each print is made to order, I dispatch within 48 hours of your order. You will get a tracking link the moment it leaves Berlin. Most EU orders arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

How it is packed

Prints ship flat in a rigid mailer, never rolled, so they reach you with crisp corners and a clean white border. A signed Certificate of Authenticity recording your edition number travels in the same package.

RETURNS

If something arrives damaged or incorrect

This should never happen, but if your print arrives damaged, defective, or it is not the print you ordered, I will replace it or refund you in full, shipping included. Email me within 7 days of delivery at ahmad.photographs@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and I will sort it straight away.

Change of mind

Because each print is produced on demand for you, and there is no spare stock to resell, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference. If you are unsure about size or which photograph is right for your space, email me before you order. I would rather help you choose than have you settle.

How a return works

1. Email ahmad.photographs@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, a short note on the issue, and photos where relevant.
3. Once approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where a print arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case everything is covered.
