Shipping within the EU

Each print is made to order, checked, hand-signed and packed in Berlin. I dispatch within 48 hours of your order. Courier handover takes place Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays in Berlin; if the 48-hour period ends on a Sunday or holiday, dispatch is on the next courier day. You will receive tracking details by email.

Shipping within Germany is free. Shipping to other EU countries costs €10 and is free for orders of €500 or more. Most EU orders arrive 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. A signed Certificate of Authenticity is included.

Shipping outside the EU

Shipping outside the EU can be arranged upon request. Email ahmad.photographs@outlook.com before ordering with your destination and the print you want. I will confirm availability, the shipping cost and estimated delivery time. Import duties or local taxes may be charged by your destination country and are your responsibility unless I tell you otherwise in writing.

Returns of regular shop prints

For prints ordered in the regular size and frame options shown in the shop, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Tell me at ahmad.photographs@outlook.com or by another clear statement that you wish to withdraw. Send the print back within 14 days after telling me. You pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind return; I can provide return instructions. I refund the purchase price and the original standard delivery charge, if any, to the original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. I may wait until I receive the print or proof that you have sent it back.

A print genuinely made to your individual specifications may be excluded from the withdrawal right where the law permits. I will explain this before you agree to a custom order. Your rights if goods are faulty or not as ordered remain unaffected.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, email ahmad.photographs@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the issue. I will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate and cover the necessary return shipping. Please contact me before sending the print back so I can provide instructions. Your statutory rights are not limited by this request.
